On est venu manger hier sans réservation, un peu d’attente mais service au top, c’était vraiment très très bon. Je conseille juste de réserver pour être sûr d’avoir une place. Victime de son succès j’y retournerai. Petit clin d’œil aux œufs de Pâques c’était une super idée!

C’est la troisième fois que je commande chez Matsuri et je peux dire que c’est devenu mon sushi préféré. Je recommande à tout le monde d’essayer, car la qualité est excellente.

En arrivant pile au moment où le chef s’apprêtait à fermer, j’ai quand même osé commander un chirashi. Et quel bonheur ! Le bol était magnifique : saumon ultra frais, avocat parfaitement tranché en éventail, œufs de poisson qui pétillent, lotus croustillant et ces belles tranches d’omelette tamago.
Le chef a pris le temps de le préparer avec soin malgré l’heure tardive. C’était frais, généreux et vraiment délicieux. Un grand merci pour cette attention de fin de service !
Je reviendrai sans hésiter (et un peu plus tôt la prochaine fois 😊).

The atmosphere is vibrant and pleasant, making the whole dining experience feel fun and comfortable.
Most importantly, the sushi ingredients are very fresh. The fish is bright, tasty, and clearly high quality, which makes every piece satisfying. The rotation belt keeps things moving smoothly, so you can easily pick what catches your eye.
Overall, it’s a great place for sushi lovers who enjoy a lively setting with fresh ingredients and cool, attentive service. We had a good time and would happily return
